Q: I sent in a request-a-quote email an hour ago and have not received a response. Should I try to resend the e-mail?
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to receive your quote. Some quotes require multiple hours to complete. If you have not received any sort of email from us within 48 hours then you can call 1-888-4X4-OUTLET or email us again.
Q: Are all parts on the site immediately available?
Not always. We and the manufacturers try to keep the more popular items on hand but, in some cases there can be backorders or limited stock. In these situations we will inform you as quickly as possible and give you an estimated time of arrival. The best way to make sure that and item is in stock is to contact us. Special order items that have to come direct from the manufacturer may require a longer delivery time than a frequently purchased part. We will work with the manufacturer to give you updates on the status of your order.
Q: I received my item but, it is damaged. What should I do?
If your item is damaged upon arrival immediately notify us by calling 1-888-4X4-OUTLET or by email. Our return policy can be viewed by clicking this link.
Q: I am very interested in purchasing a certain product but, I am not 100% sure that it will fit my vehicle. What should I do?
If you have a concern about part applications and fitment feel free to call or email us with any questions. Our knowledgeable staff will answer your question. When calling or using email please provide us with as much information as possible. Please provide year, make, model, whether it is 4 wheel drive or 2 wheel drive and any aftermarket upgrades you may already have on your vehicle (lift kits, etc.). Remember, the more information we have the faster we can answer your question.
Q: If I purchased a part somewhere else will you still do the install?
