Our customer asked us to look at a noise coming from the passenger seat while some one was sitting in the seat. The noise is not as noticeable when the seat is empty. We took the seat apart and found the cross bar piece on the back rest to be "loose". As you can see in the video when the seat is moved back and forth it makes the noise. This particular Jeep is still under warranty so we advised the customer to take it to the dealership.
